CMB Contest: Pay It Forward For A Free Massage
In honor of school starting back and summer winding down, we want to give all of you the chance to “hook up” someone who could really use some pampering and relaxation.
For the next 7 days (through Aug. 25th at 8pm), you can nominate a friend, family member, co-worker, or anyone that you believe should get to enjoy a FREE 1 hour massage from Theresa Anne, owner at Coastal Massage and Bodywork for our Facebook contest.

Nominate by tagging the nominee
Tag the person you want to nominate in the comments of the contest post and explain why this person deserves a FREE massage. Maybe because they’ve been working hard, had a rough week, they’ve never had a massage, they have something coming up that is stressful, they did something nice for you, they are your favorite co-worker, friend, teacher, etc. There can be any reason to nominate someone. Just be sure to let them know WHY they deserve to win!
How do you tag someone? Put the “@” sign in front of their name. Their name should appear as you type it. Select their name and explain why they deserve to win!
Nominate by sharing
You can also nominate by sharing the post on the person you are nominating’s Facebook profile.
All the nominees will be entered in a raffle to be drawn at random.
On Monday, October 25th at 8pm, we’ll announce a winner on Facebook.
The winner will need to call at 910-208-4161 or email the spa to set up their 100% FREE 1 hour massage with Theresa Anne.
The winner will have 90 days to book their massage.
