COVID-19 Updates

We will be re-opening Monday, May 25th, for Members only and open to the public on June 1st!
All services will be available except amenity access and waiting areas/relaxation room will be closed until further notice.
- We will be operating at 50% capacity
- Staggered appointments and additional time in between to allow proper sanitation
- -Contact-less check-in and check out.
- Everyone will be required to wear a face mask at all times
- We will be monitoring our employee’s health by taking temperatures and checking in on their overall health.
- Each client will have their temperature taken before their service
- Hand sanitizing stations for before/after your service
Please be patient as we adjust to our new Guidelines. We will try and keep you informed as much as we can! Thank you so much for your continued support! We can’t wait to see you all again!

All spas are closed in NC for the time being
We are taking this involuntary time off to better ourselves and the spa. We know you love our beautiful space, but we are hoping to make a few updates that we think you’ll enjoy.
Coastal Massage & Spa would like to thank you for your continued support since 2012. We are a small business, locally owned and operated by 2 women, who provide jobs to over 30 exceptional ladies. We’ve cultivated a space to share our talents and expand our offerings to the community. We’ve grown with our clients and members and consider you all family. We hope you are staying safe, staying home and focusing on you and your loved ones.
Updates for Active Members
With the uncertainty of COVID-19, we are left to make some tough decisions financially. We understand that your Membership to the spa might be ‘non-essential’. However, your monthly memberships provide stability for our small business and our 30 some employees.
IF you need to CANCEL your membership, or PAUSE your membership, do so by emailing fda@coastalmassagespa.com. Effective immediately. Once we open, you’ll have 3 months to use any messages left over.
However, if you would like to KEEP your membership, you will be REWARDED Just keep your membership with us through May, and you can pick which BONUS works for you.
1. $140 Gift Certificate to use towards massage
2. Signature Hydrafacial + 2 day passes
3. 1 Hour Facial gift certificate + FREE AMENITIES FOR A YEAR

If you’d like to keep your membership, do nothing right now. When you schedule your next massage or service, we will make note of which BONUS you’ve selected.
