What to Expect & Policies
Thank you for choosing Coastal Massage & Spa for your health and relaxation needs. Please be mindful of the following policies that are drawn for your comfort and enjoyment. Thank you for your cooperation and patronage.
Appointments
We welcome walk-in appointments, but they are not always guaranteed to be available each day. Please try to reserve your spot in advance. All appointments require a credit card on file to reserve a booking regardless of if you are using a gift certificate per the cancellation policy. As a courtesy we do send out 2 text appointment reminders once you reply yes to receive notifications.
Late Arrivals
Being on time for your appointment is greatly appreciated and is a courtesy to our Massage Therapists and our other clients. If we are unable to contact you and you are more than 10 mins late to your appointment you will be considered as a “No Show” and charged as such. Please arrive 5-10 mins prior to your appointment time to ensure all required intake forms are completed and can start at your scheduled time.
Cancellations/Reschedules
Any cancellations/reschedules within 24 hours of appointments are subject to the full cost of each service booked by utilizing the card on file. Any reschedules within 4 hours or “no shows” will be charged at full price of all services booked. Any reschedules after 24 hrs but before 4 hours will be charged a $60 reschedule fee. Cancellations made during the week before and after all recognized holidays require a 48 hr notice. Group bookings have additional cancellation/rescheduling restrictions. Repeat cancellations or failure to make a payment will result in your inability to rebook.
Group Bookings
For booking parties 4 or more please contact: Events@coastalmassagespa.com. We recommend that you book at least 4 weeks in advance is highly advised. An extended cancellation policy does apply.
Discounts and Promotions
You may only use one promotion, discounts, and/or special within one visit. HydraFacial does not apply to any promotions or coupons. Cannot be combined with gift certificates.
Gift Certificates
Purchase by our online platform or in person. We offer cardstock gift certificates as well as our signature message in a bottle gift certificate for an additional charge (must be purchased in person). You may give a dollar amount or purchase a service (package). Gift certificates cannot be applied to cover gratuity unless purchased with the gratuity added at time of purchase.
Gift Certificate Policy
Order Spa Gift Certificates online, by phone or in person. Unfortunately, we are unable to process any returns or reimburse any payment transactions on gift certificates. Gift certificates cannot be redeemed as cash. Gift certificates must be mentioned when making your appointment.
Prices & Services
All prices, services and hours of operation at The Spa are subject to change without notification. Please call to confirm current rates, services and hours of operation.
Forms of Payment
We accept cash, Visa, Mastercard, apple, amex. and Discover. A credit card number is required to hold your appointment. add in We can also accept HSA/FSA but we cannot file through Health Insurance or VA Benefits.
Inappropriate Behavior
Please keep all in person and phone conversations at a spa level to ensure relaxation for all guests. We will not tolerate any form of harassment towards spa staff or other guests. If management has determined that a guest’s behavior has been deemed unacceptable you may be ineligible to rebook. If you have any complaints or grievances please email: fda@coastalmassagespa.com
Lost or Stolen Items
We cannot assume responsibility for any valuables that may have been misplaced or left.
