What to Expect & Policies

Thank you for choosing Coastal Massage & Spa for your health and relaxation needs. Please be mindful of the following policies that are drawn for your comfort and enjoyment. Thank you for your cooperation and patronage.

Appointments

We welcome walk-in appointments, however, to ensure that your service is scheduled at the best time for you, we recommend that you reserve your appointments 1 to 2 weeks in advance. You can schedule your appointments by telephone or online.

Late Arrivals

Being on time for your appointment is greatly appreciated and is a courtesy to our Massage Therapists and our other clients. If you arrive late for your scheduled appointment, we will make every effort to accommodate your full appointment but this is not always possible. Service time may be abbreviated to avoid delays for other guests as treatments and are charged at full value.

Cancellation Policy

A credit card will be required to guarantee services at the time of booking. A 24 – hour cancellation notice is required to avoid a cancellation charge for any scheduled services.

Group Bookings

For parties of three or more, please contact our group coordinator, Deanna, for group booking policies and availability. A completed contract and deposit are required to secure your appointment and arranged pricing. A 20% gratuity will be added to all spa parties. Exclusive use of the Spa is available; please inquire for fees and available dates.

Coupons and Promotions

You may only use one promotion, coupon, and/or special within one visit. HydraFacial does not apply to any promotions or coupons

Gift Certificate Policy

Order Spa Gift Certificates online, by phone or in person. Unfortunately, we are unable to process any returns or reimburse any payment transactions on gift certificates. Gift certificates cannot be redeemed as cash. Gift certificates must be mentioned when making your appointment.

Prices & Services

All prices, services and hours of operation at The Spa are subject to change without notification. Please call to confirm current rates, services and hours of operation. Our spa reservationists are here to assist you in planning The Day Spa experience that best suits your individual needs.

Forms of Payment

We accept cash, Visa, Mastercard and Discover. Services may be pre-paid over the phone or via our online booking software or paid at the time of service. A credit card number is required to hold your appointment.

Inappropriate Behavior

This is a Professional Spa Establishment: Our trained therapists and estheticians are here solely to help improve your wellness and relaxation. If a therapist ever feels that a client is behaving inappropriately, they are authorized to stop the treatment immediately and direct you to the front desk.

Lost or Stolen Items

Please leave any valuables at home. Coastal Massage & Spa cannot be responsible for lost or damaged articles.
